ü         Client confirms the proposal

ü         Brainsma starts the database and targeted searches for the position

ü         Brainsma conducts telephone screening or actual interview

ü         Brainsma conducts competence-based assessment

ü         Brainsma shortlist the candidates

ü         Brainsma sends the shortlist and comments on candidates to the client

ü         Client provides the name of the candidates to be interviewed, and the time and location

ü         Brainsma contacts the candidates and coordinates the interview schedule

ü         Client conducts interviews

ü         Brainsma contacts clients and candidates to follow up with the interviews

ü         Client makes offer to the candidates

ü         Brainsma assists with the management of the candidate’ salary expectations

ü         Candidates accepts the offer

ü         Brainsma follows up for three months
